Veego is looking for a talented & motivated Network Researcher\Analyst who wishes to make a real impact in our growing Research department.
Your work will directly influence product development, and you’ll have creative freedom to pioneer solutions to improve our application identification algorithms and mechanisms (and more!) while working with talented, cross-functional team members (developers, data analysts, data scientists, QA, etc….).
Responsibilities:
🌐 Research internet and networking protocols and behaviors
🔬 Contribute to and perfect our state-of-the-art service classification system
📈 Perform in-depth data analysis utilizing various tools
🛠️ Work directly with the R&D teams and implement technical features to our product
Required Skills:
- 2 years of experience as a cyber analyst, data scientist, or protocol/network researcher
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and behaviors
- Knowledge of Python, SQL
- You are analytical and experienced in working with data in order to create new product features
- You are a fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- You are an independent self-learner who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- You are a super energetic & enthusiastic team worker, with great communication skills
- Previous experience working with R&D teams – Advantage
- Proficient programming skills in Python or Java – Advantage
