We are looking for an experienced delivery manager to become the frontal point of contact for all customer-facing matters.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Managing delivery processes of our existing customers
  • Leading PoCs and deployments for customers in our pipeline
  • Be the focal point for customers in the deployment process
  • To align the relevant teams to work towards the agreed milestones for successful deployments
  • Analyzing project requirements and scope
  • Building timelines for deployment in collaboration with the customer
  • Managing technical costumer-facing activities, including solution demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Working with internal teams and product managers in order to provide customized solutions to fulfill customer requirements
  • Support Pre-sales efforts and RFP responses with technical solutions and architectures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical hands-on customer facing role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
  • Knowledge in the Telecom/IT domain (IP, Enterprise, Cellular, Transmission) Desirable Technical Qualities
  • Experience with various AWS components and tools
  • Fluent verbal and written English. Additional languages – an advantage
