Responsibilities:

  • Act as a frontline for all the customer needs and questions

  • Develop deployment plans for Veego solution implementation

  • Lead delivery and support tasks within the agreed scope, timeline and effort

  • Work close to Veego customers and follow up on all deployment processes

  • Gain a sound technical and business knowledge of the Client solutions, systems, technologies and processes utilised to ensure smooth running and operation of day to day service delivery

  • If necessary, travel to our customers to perform delivery assessments and training tasks

  • In charge of finding the best solutions for any challenges that the customer may encounter along the way

  • Act as the lifeline between our customers and our company and communicate their needs to the sales, product and development teams

  • Help guide the customer through the process of familiarizing themselves with the Veego solution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery/Support Engineer

  • Experience with customer-facing assignments

  • At least 3 years of supporting systems on Windows & Linux platforms

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks

  • Proficiency in WiFi systems, good grasp on the basics of 802.11

  • Team player, self-sufficient, autodidact, and a friendly attitude

  • Ability to multi-task with good prioritisation & time management skills

  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

  • Scripting capabilities – an advantage

  • Additional languages – an advantage
